So Lucy. It's been established that a little Lucy goes a long way. A lot of Lucy makes us want to die. So why? Why are we being tortured? Maybe it's best just to put the whole Home & Heart ugliness behind us. Gia would rather talk about horses anyway. And saddles. And girth (?!). Speaking of ugliness, what is Ava up to? Nina is already a bit of a trainwreck, so why is Ava piling on? Wouldn't it be smarter to watch from a safe distance, like a barstool at the Metro Court? Between Nina and Sonny, Ava is playing a dangerous game! Is Lucy playing a game too? As long as Maxie comes out of it unscathed, go ahead and have your fun, Lucy. Also, would it be possible to give Scotty a little more camera time? And maybe bring back Liesl while we're at it? That would be delightful. Thanks.

It's Thursday, which means mid-week mediocrity? Sure, a lot is happening in Port Charles, and that's good, but Gia and Keisha are confused about a lot of things, and this time it's not entirely their fault. Maybe the writers are still decorating their offices and not focusing enough of their attention on the actual writing of General Hospital. Anyway, a lot of behavior or scenes (for instance, Nina and Drew hitting the desk and then carpet, Carly and Jagger hitting the couch and chair and then more of the couch and chair, Ava hitting the pills and then more of the pills) are just a bit sloppy and could have been handled with more care and just plain common sense. Just so the old girls don't have to struggle unnecessarily. Let's hope this is still just a temporary settling in phase and the writing will tighten up, even if the Pikeman stuff is still generally confusing/not interesting.

Welcome to Gia and Keisha's Solar Eclipse Special! What's special about it? Absolutely nothing. Gia and Keisha ramble more than ever, including a seven minute exploration of the "ride or die" concept, where they come to the conclusion that Keisha will have to keep looking for her ride or die because it ain't Gia. Gia did, however, save a stranger from certain blindness while she was out weed-whacking at the peak of the eclipse. So she could be considered a hero. In the same way Drew is a hero. Mostly, G and K were trying to stick to their Monday/Thursday schedule, so please forgive them for being less than spectacular today.

Mother Nature is not a fan of Gia and Keisha's take on all things Hospital? It's the only explanation for a snow-related power outage in April. Or possibly global warming played a part. Or both. Either way, they're back! Sorry, Mother Nature. So Gia and Keisha felt a little better about some of their people this week. Gia thinks Sam is doing a good job acting like a parent. Keisha is just happy Jason is back, and who cares if his loved ones get grazed by the occasional bullet. Both Gia and Keisha are enjoying Tracy's budding friendship with Stella. And it's always fun to see Heather, but let's keep the restraints on for now, okay? Plus--welcome back, Terry! It would be great if she made her way into more scenes. There's room in the hospital for more than two doctors, after all. And Anna. She handled herself nicely with Mr. John Brennan, convict, didn't she? But Gia and Keisha have to admit they still don't really understand who or what Pikeman is. Is it like pickleball? Everyone seems to be going crazy for pickleball. If it's not, maybe it should be. Then the hospital would be humming, the rooms overflowing with middle-aged people with pickleball injuries. Just a thought. It is a medical drama.

Gia and Keisha continue to be shocked and baffled by the everchanging moods of some of their favorite Port Charles residents. Ava. Ava?!! What are you up to, Ava? And Sonny, keep it together, man. They're coming for you. And who knew Valentin was one of them?! Valentin. Valentin. What happened to you? Anna would be devastated. Or would she? No telling because she seems confused. Perhaps she got a little too comfortable living in the gray area? Maybe she should have become a realtor. Or an Uber driver. Anyway, it's all a lot for Gia and Keisha to process. Sure, it's fun to be surprised once in a while, but let's not sacrifice these great characters for the sake of the story. Or at least sacrifice different characters (Drew, Nina).

Unlike all of these people in Port Charles who used to call Jason their friend but who seem to have lost that loving feeling. Shame on all of you. Not you, Danny. Good for you sneaking out to see your dad. And Carly. Of course. Jason is everything Drew is not. Starting with quiet. Drew who? That's what she's thinking. Now we just need Dante to recover.

So it looks like Jason is still Jason. And Sonny is still Sonny. Maxie and Spinelli are Maxie and Spinelli! And Drew is Drew. That one hurts a little. But Port Charles is about to experience some cosmic shifting. When everyone finds out about Jason (and by everyone, we mean mostly Carly), decisions will have to be made. Some people may become upset. Not us. Also, Dante HAS TO survive. He's the role model for every guy in Port Charles. And the world. If he dies, all hope is lost. Until Leo grows up.

He's back! And he's already killed a guy! Welcome back, dear Jason. How we missed you. Now Dante is not looking too good. Will he stay awake long enough to tell everyone Stone Cold (Stone?) is back? Maybe he will, but they won't believe him because he has blood coming out of his mouth. Or maybe Jason will stick around and apply some basic first aid. Either way, we're in. Of course, lots going on at the hospital too. Heather is itching to kill someone. And is Cyrus done with the killing? Looks like all hell might break loose. Keep an eye on Ace, Laura! Also, great cake scene with Tracy and Brook Lynn, and always lovely to see Maxie and Felicia!

It's February 29th, the extra day, and in its honor Gia and Keisha are a bit...extra. So is Sonny! Keep it together, man! Will Dex return to Port Charles to help him/keep Joss warm? Is that a good idea? And speaking of extra, Drew. Poor Carly. She probably threw up a little bit in her mouth. Both Lois and Tracy can be a little bit extra, but they struck a nice balance for Brook Lynn's sake. And thankfully she won't have to wear that pile of satin on her special day. Now, how to keep Gregory alive....And who will Jason be when he returns from the dead?
